This program is designed for women over 40 who want to eat better, boost energy, and feel great.
How long does the program last?
The program runs for three weeks.
What will I learn in the program?
You will learn why we're driven to eat sugar, how food manufacturers keep you hooked, and what you can do about it. You'll understand which foods to focus on, which ones to avoid, and how you can ultimately enjoy sweets without sacrificing your goals.
What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?
I provide plant based options with all of my programs, and am comfortable working around a variety of food allergies and sensitivities, including dairy, eggs, gluten, nuts, soy, and more. You can reach out to me any time while in the program for substitutions as needed.
Will I need to buy certain foods?
I will provide a list of foods to focus on and foods to avoid, but you will have a lot of flexibility in how you implement it. You are not required to eat specific foods or follow a specific meal plan in order to be successful in the program.
What kind of support will I receive during the program?
You will have weekly in-app check ins as well as direct, private DM access to me throughout the 21 days.
Are there Zoom calls to attend?
Sugar Wise is designed to work around your busy schedule, and all of our interactions happen inside my convenient app. There are no scheduled Zoom or phone calls.
Are there any prerequisites to join the program?
This program is open to everyone and doesn't require any prior knowlege.
Will I receive meal plans or recipes?
You will receive food lists that outline which foods to focus on and which to avoid, a weekly meal planning sheet, and healthier low sugar sweets recipes.
How do I access the program materials?
Program materials are delivered via my easy to use and convenient app. You'll receive directions to download the app when you join.
What if I miss a day or need to modify the program due to my schedule?
You can easily review content from previous days, and I'm always here to support you if you get off track.
